perfect with D945GCLF2. But don't be affraid if the number of pins do not match with the motherboard it work pretty well.

good but the fan is too noisy.
Impossible to control fan speed. Bios can only be access via an internal jumper set-up.
One regret the card was delivered without any paper notice.
